Ricky Lockett, DO
Dr. Lockett came to Florida from New York in 1991. His specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty of Pain Management. He has worked in rehabilitation since 1980 starting as a physical therapist. Dr. Lockett currently has an office in St. Petersburg and is on staff at several rehabilitation hospitals. He is married and has a five-year-old son. He is an inventor and author. His hobbies are bicycling, reading and writing.

William F. Meadows, III, MD
Dr. Meadows is a 1985 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. He serves as an oral board examiner for the American Association of Physician Specialists and is a Clinical Instructor for Nova Southeastern University. He holds staff appointments at University Community Hospital, University Community Hospital of Carrollwood and Town and Country AMI Hospital.

Raymond Petrus, DO
Dr. Petrus received his medical degree as a Doctor of Osteopathy from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and now serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine. He is a Certified Clinical Research Investigator (ACRP) with experience in myriad clinical studies. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Medical Association.

Lawrence E. Shepard, DO
Dr. Shepard graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor’s of Science and subsequently from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. Certified in General Practice, he’s a member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine. He’s been practicing medicine since 1984 and is co-owner of Bay Area Injury Rehab Specialists.

Bartly Allen Storey, M.D.
Dr. Storey graduated from the Cornell University Medical College in 1998 and has since served in the Navy. He was the Rosenbluth International Research Fellow, Cornell/University of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and served in the University of Hawaii Integrated Surgical Residency Program.

Fred Turner, MD
Dr. Turner is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Endoscopic Spinal Surgery and holds fellowships with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. He is on staff at Englewood Community Hospital. Memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians, Florida Orthopedic Society, International Intradiscal Therapy Society and the American Academy of Minimally Invasive Spinal Medicine and Surgery.
